We are excited to announce that we will be an exhibitor sponsor at Salesforce.com’s Dreamforce event in San Francisco at the Moscone Center this August. SalesCongo launches COACH, a Sales Mentoring System. The COACH application formalizes the process and tracking of in-field coaching of sales representatives by various levels of management. Features include, ability to easily create custom coaching feedback forms for various types of sales calls, coaching information is available by organization hierarchy, activity levels are tracked for both management and sales representatives, mentors can directly put training items on a sales representative's Sales Training Action Plan after a sales call, and coaching feedback can be provided by a manager using their mobile device from Salesforce.com.
